Does an RTO need to be approved to deliver Career Ready VETiS programs?

Yes. In Queensland, only approved Skills Assure Suppliers (SAS) can deliver funded Career Ready VETiS programs.

Who regulates RTOs?

The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) registers and monitors all Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). To become and remain approved, an RTO must:

  • Demonstrate strong governance and financial viability

  • Provide qualified and experienced trainers and assessors

  • Deliver training and assessment that aligns with national standards

  • Maintain compliance with ongoing monitoring and audits

This ensures that any RTO delivering VETiS programs—like Blueprint—meets the strict quality standards required by government and industry.

What does “Career Ready” funding mean?

From 1 January 2026, Queensland’s VETiS funding will be delivered through the new Career Ready model.

  • It allows eligible students in Years 10–12 to complete one fully funded Certificate I or II qualification from the Priority Skills List.

  • Blueprint is an approved Skills Assure Supplier (SAS), which means schools can partner with us to access this funding.

  • This ensures your students receive training that is industry-relevant, nationally recognised, and fully compliant.
