How Is VETiS Funded?
VETiS programs in Queensland can be funded through Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) funding or on a fee-for-service basis.
VETiS programs can be funded in two ways: through government funding schemes or through fee-for-service arrangements.
Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) Funding — Queensland
In Queensland, eligible secondary school students can access VETiS qualifications at no cost to themselves or their families through the Queensland Government's Career Ready initiative, delivered through approved Skills Assure Suppliers (SAS).
Blueprint Career Development is an approved Skills Assure Supplier for 2026, meaning Queensland schools can access funded VETiS programs through Blueprint at no charge to students. Schools may also access a resource allocation of up to $450 per student to reinvest in the student learning experience.
Full details of how SAS funding works, which qualifications are covered, and how schools can access it are explained in our dedicated Skills Assure Supplier Funding Guide for Queensland Schools.
Fee-for-Service Programs
Schools outside the SAS funding scheme, or those enrolling students who do not meet SAS eligibility criteria, can access Blueprint's VETiS programs on a fee-for-service basis. Fees vary by qualification and delivery model. Full fee information is published on the VETiS Qualifications and Fees page.
