VETiS and the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE)
VETiS qualifications can contribute credit towards the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), as determined by QCAA.
For Queensland students, VETiS qualifications can contribute credit towards the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) — the senior secondary credential awarded by the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA).
The amount of credit a qualification contributes depends on its level and size, as set by QCAA. QCE credits earned through VETiS count towards the minimum credits students need to be awarded the QCE. For many students — particularly those who find the traditional academic curriculum challenging — VETiS credits can play a significant role in securing their senior credential.
Blueprint's qualifications are designed with this in mind, giving Queensland students a genuine, employer-recognised credential that also supports their progress towards the QCE.
Note: QCE credit allocations are determined by QCAA and may vary by qualification. Schools should check the current QCAA VET credit schedule for specific details. Blueprint's team can advise on credit entitlements for each qualification we deliver.
