Understand whether trainers will mark the student assessments, which can save time and allow them to focus more on their teaching workload. Blueprint assessors mark all assessments.

Industry Professional Development: Ask about the opportunities for participating in industry professional development. Enquire about the types of professional development offered and how it helps refresh their industry currency. Ask Blueprint about the 2-day, 1-night hospitality industry release in a 5-star hotel that includes accommodation, meals, and hands-on work.

Additional Training Opportunities: Find out about training sessions provided throughout the year, such as coffee training and tea ceremony experiences, to help maintain their industry skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Costs: Clarify whether there are any costs associated with the partnership. Understand if the hospitality qualification and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be provided. Speak to Blueprint as this training is included in the agreement.
