Who are career practitioners?

Career practitioners include career advisers in schools, universities and TAFEs, VET teachers and coordinators, counsellors, those operating in community-based organisations and employment related programmes.

Career practitioners provide programs and services to individuals and groups of clients and employers to support them in planning their career and/or locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment.

Career practitioners provide career information and transition services and can also assist in career advise.
